How I helped: Writing patient case studies with the reader in mind and editing the client’s treatment pages created an engaging, human read.
Client
The Levant Clinic is a cosmetic surgery clinic in London. Its highly experienced surgeons have earned worldwide recognition for their expertise. The clinic became a client in 2021 after Pad Creative recommended me for its case study writing and web content.
Challenge
Debbie, Levant’s practice manager, needed my support in writing and editing a large website, working with SEO experts and the design team. Balancing a full-time job and running a home meant that Debbie would manage the project outside working hours.
Action
I wrote case studies from questionnaires the patients had completed and edited or rewrote over 40 procedure pages provided by Debbie. To ease her schedule, I responded the same day, editing the pages in batches, ensuring consistency and clarity.
Result
The website went live in 2024, followed by a marketing campaign. The case studies are a popular part of the site.
