Chrysler asked German advertising agency Grow to refresh the look and content of its marketing material for the South Africa market. I responded to the brief by writing marketing communications on the benefits of car navigation systems to Chrysler drivers and dealers. For this marketing communications case study I’ve included a snippet from the leaflets and email letters:

It’s easy to lose your way when road networks change but your map doesn’t. So it’s good to know that Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge have just launched comprehensive new map updates for your RB3, MyGig and MyGig Refresh navigation systems.
By focusing on the benefits of updating satnavs regularly (such as not getting lost) rather than the features of the navigation system it answered readers’ ‘what’s in it for me?’ question. I returned the copy to Grow ahead of the deadline so they could deliver the communications early to the client.
